Credit card payments are processed quickly, allowing us to confirm your booking without delay. It’s the most secure and efficient way to guarantee your safari.
How do I know my credit card payment is secure?
All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway that meets international security standards. Your card details are protected at all times.
Why is there a 3.5% surcharge?
The 3.5% fee covers bank processing and transaction charges imposed by credit card companies and payment providers.
Which types of credit cards are accepted?
We accept major international credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. (Please contact us if you are unsure about your card type.)
What needs to be done before proceeding with my credit card payment?
Please notify your credit card company or bank in advance that you will be making an online payment to Africa (Tanzania).
Without prior notice, the transaction may be flagged as suspicious or fraudulent activity, which could result in a declined payment. Informing your bank beforehand helps ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
What happens if my credit card transaction fails?
If your transaction is declined, our team will notify you immediately so you can retry the payment or choose an alternative method, such as international bank transfer.

Option 2: International Wire Transfer
Below are the bank details required to transfer funds to our account.
When making the transfer, please ensure that our final beneficiary bank account name is correctly stated on the transfer document to avoid any delays.
After completing the payment, kindly email us a copy of the SWIFT confirmation. Upon receipt, we will forward it to our bank to track and follow up on the transaction if necessary.
Please note that this payment method typically takes a minimum of 7 working days for the funds to reflect in our account.

FAQ – International Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)
How do I make a direct bank transfer?
You can make a wire transfer through your bank either by visiting a local branch or using your bank’s online banking platform. Use the bank details we provide to complete the transaction.
How much are the bank charges for the beneficiary bank account?
All bank transfer fees, including intermediary and correspondent bank charges, are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure you select the option where all transfer fees are covered by the sender to avoid any shortfall in the final amount received.
What is the most important detail to mention in the wire transfer?
Please ensure that the final beneficiary account name is entered exactly as provided. You should also include your booking reference number and full name in the payment reference section.
What happens after I make a wire transfer?
After completing the transfer, please email us a copy of the SWIFT confirmation receipt. We will monitor the transaction with our bank and confirm once the funds have been received.
How long does it take for the wire transfer to arrive?
International wire transfers typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in our account, depending on the banks involved and the country of origin.
